SECMAPTEC uses this website to explain its services, show examples, and start conversations about facilities.

These terms cover this Cloudflare-hosted website, including its preview. During the transition, they do not replace the terms for the existing Wix website. Project services are agreed separately in writing.

Website information and project services

The information here is a general introduction. A website description or initial inquiry does not establish a project scope, price, delivery date, or professional engagement. Project deliverables, fees, access permissions, confidentiality, and other service terms should be agreed separately in writing.

Examples, illustrations, and facility captures

Images, animations, diagrams, equipment records, and models labeled as concepts or illustrations demonstrate ideas. Some were created using generative AI or procedural graphics. Materials captioned “Illustrated for client confidentiality” are independent fictional examples, not scans or anonymized versions of specific client facilities. They are not representations of completed customer work, measured surveys, certified plans, or verified equipment records.

The Matterport tour, dollhouse image, and accompanying floor plan titled “Pre-demo / renovation project example” are provided as a facility example. The floor plan has been prepared for website presentation; its dimensions remain approximate. A capture represents the space at the time it was recorded; it does not establish current conditions, dimensional accuracy for a particular use, accessibility, or compliance with building or fire codes. Matterport is one of the capture and visualization tools that may be used for a project.

Do not use website examples as construction documents, an emergency evacuation plan, or a substitute for a site assessment. Appropriate professionals must verify information before it is used for those purposes.

Using the site and its materials

You may browse the site and use its contact links to learn about our services. Do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or present illustrative material as verified facility information.

SECMAPTEC branding and website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by Security Mapping Technologies, LLC., licensors, or other rights holders. Availability on this website does not grant a general license to republish them. Contact us about reuse of a particular asset; third-party materials remain subject to their applicable terms.

Third-party services

The site includes optional access to a Matterport tour. Matterport controls that service, its availability, and its terms. Review the Matterport Terms of Use when using it. The website privacy notice explains how the optional embed is loaded.

Appointment scheduling uses Microsoft Bookings, meetings use Microsoft Teams, and the project inquiry form uses Microsoft Forms. These services are provided by Microsoft under their applicable terms.
